Home Warranties

When you purchase a new or resale home you should consider purchasing a home warranty on the property. Many sellers in the Austin area will pay for a home warranty for the buyer. Ask your Realtor about getting one of these programs and which one they recommend. You can also purchase a home warranty if you already own a home, but be advised that the premium is usually higher when you already own the home and an exclusionary period will usually apply.
